Tool manufacturing and metal-work
Our experienced engineers work together with the clients to create the 3D plan of the manufacturing tool for the products and 2D production documents if requested.
- Injection moulding tool: In case of large quantity, we suggest the manufacturing of a multi cavity mass production tool. In case of a smaller quantity, the manufacturing of a simplified, single cavity alloyed aluminium tool is suggested, which guarantees a high quality.
- Rubber injection moulding and rubber press tools: We request a 3D odel or sample of the component.
We give warranty for large quantities of manufactured tools. The materials and standards used come from well-known Eastern-European manufacturers (MEUSBURGER, BÖHLER, THYSSEN etc.).
The deadline from the official order is 3-16 weeks, depending on the tool.
