Our experienced engineers collaborate with customers to create the 3D design of the product's manufacturing tool and, if required, the complete 2D manufacturing documentation.

• Injection Mold: Depending on the planned quantity of the product, we recommend manufacturing a multi-cavity production mold designed for long life for larger quantities, and for smaller quantities, a single-cavity, simplified design - but still providing excellent quality - made of alloy aluminum.
• Rubber Injection Molds and Rubber Press Tools

We request a 3D model of the component to be manufactured, or a sample piece.

We provide a guarantee for the manufactured tools up to a high quantity. The materials used and standards are always consistent.

The delivery deadline depends on the tool, ranging from 3 to 16 weeks.
